Expectation time for ambulance – 3 hours
Roszdravnadzor will check the timing of healthcare provided to a woman in labor in the town of Kemerovo, who, according to media reports, waited three hours for an ambulance to arrive.
The local authority of Roszdravnadzor in the Kemerovo region will conduct a desk review on the fact of rendering medical care to a woman in Kemerovo who went into premature labor on the night of 31 December 2016 to 1 January 2017.
According to the information released to the media, the ambulance crew arrived three hours after the call and, as a result, the husband had to deliver a baby himself. The newborn remains in intensive care.
