Fines – Rostov region
In one and a half months of 2016, the Local Agency of Roszdravnadzor in Rostov Region imposed fines of the total amount of 1 million 416 thousand rubles.
Over the period from 15 January to 1 March 2016, the Local Agency of Roszdravnadzor in Rostov Region reviewed 87 administrative cases against medicine and pharmacy facilities.
The legal entities held liable had not executed legally issued orders on time, had not informed the citizens of receipt of medical care as part of the programme on state guarantees to deliver free medical care to the citizens and territorial programme on state guarantees to deliver free medical care to the citizens, had used unregistered medical devices, and had violated storage requirements for medicinal products.
The total amount of fines imposed by the Local Agency of Roszdravnadzor in Rostov Region was 1 million 416 thousand rubles.
