Time to complete the update process has expired
The process of renewal of old registration certificates has been completed and according to the law, manufacturers who have not changed the draft registration certificates cannot formally use them.
Which registration certificates must be renewed:
Issued before 2013 and without an expiration date specified. Registration certificates obtained after the process of obtaining a duplicate must be renewed if the main registration certificate meets the above condition. Registration certificates obtained after the change process carried out between 2013 and 2016 are not subject to renewal - the draft registration certificate after the change process already has a new form.
